Bottle: Pours a hazy gold beer in the glass…small white cap reduces quickly. Musty-biscuity fruity aroma, possibly some spices. Light palate, soft biscuit pale malts some decent hop balance and fruity esters, clean refreshing finish. Obviously this is NOT a lager it has ale yeast esters and may have some pilsner malt and Saaz hops but it is essentially an ale. If I were rating it as it was labeled as a plilsner I’d flunk it but it is a pleasant fruity simple quenching pale ale, not unlike a French Farmhouse ale or a printemps ale. It’s a curiosity to me why this brewer names their ales with lager styles. Ontbeertaster (2362) - Ontario, CANADA - NOV 6, 2011
Bottle, pours a nice bright yellow, the taste is quite nice, it has a light bitterness and a bit of a smooth under tone, the taste is pretty reasonable. Radek Kliber (7320) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - OCT 8, 2011

Aroma: soft fruity feel with slight funk to it. Bit like lagered saison. 7_
Appearance: hazed milky pale gold with gushing fine bright white top. Ornate lace.3+
Body , Flavour , Palate and Final Notes: Medium bodied. Funky tartness of non lager like yeast with dry floral hop character. Very unusual , French saison on Belgian dry hopped wild lager ? Hmmm...
On tap at 2011 Kitchener Ribfest & Craft Beer Show. Pours a clear dull yellow colour with small white head. Aroma is sweet grains with a little apple. Flavour is fairly mild with sweet grains and mild fruitiness. Lightish body; bit of crispness in finish. Pretty underwhelming. mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 11, 2011
[3771-20110623] Fruity strawberry floral jam aroma. Clear, light orange body with a quick creamy white head. Wheat-straw creamy yeast flavour has a lingering alcoholic sweetness. Light-medium body. Average. (6/4/7/3/13) 3.3

Pale straw pour. Lightly cidery with some (lots) of cooked corn. Vegetal and oddly musky. There is a little bit of a herbal contribution, but I can’t say I’m a fan of this.

500ml bottle from the brewery. Pours light, clear golden colour, small white head, no staying power. Aroma and taste are pleasant pils malt and mild amount of noble hop. Surprisingly good for RC. Pretty enjoyable! jercraigs (10303) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 24, 2011
2011-06-25. Dark yellow body with a small white head. Sweet aroma up front, yeasty and floral. Sort of a wheat grass like character. Interesting fruit character is vaguely Sauvignon blanc like. Flavour is similar, interesting hoppy bitterness with mild floral touches and zippy lemon lime like citrus notes. Average to light palate has pleasant carbonation, lacks weight but is refreshing. Bit odd to be honest but I liked it. Different, I am curious to know if this is what they intended. On tap at C’est What Festival of Small Breweries barncatmatt (2285) - Cambridge, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 2, 2011
