12oz can (Old Notes)-Pours a light golden with a small white head. Aroma of nothing. Taste of nothing. Another light pale lager. Beardface (1517) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - JUN 24, 2009
There is no reason for this beer to exist except to provide a little more variety for your everyday schmo in his list of "light" beers. At least it has a pretty mountain on the can. oldrtybastrd (5003) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - DEC 30, 2005
Pours a light golden yellow. Aromas of minor hops, corn, grains. Flavor is light, crisp, watery with a little hop and not much else. MrRomero (1976) - Nolanville, USA - JUL 19, 2004
Guam SwillFest 2004: Pours a very pale yellow with a quickly dissipating white head. Moderately fruity aroma-grapes with a hint of hops. The flavor is almost nonexistent. Very carbonated and almost tasting like club soda. There just ain’t anything in this one. Ringo (963) - Loveland, Colorado, USA - JUL 12, 2004
Baisically it's like Bud Light et al. It really makes me angry that Rainier sold out to Miller and closed the brewery in south Seattle. I used to enjoy the aroma of the brewery, it was the highlight of an otherwise awful commute to work. I don’t live in Seattle anymore, but it still bugs me. It used to only be sold in Washington, but I don't think that Miller gives a rat's a$$ about tradition and the beer is making its way across the country now, I suppose.

Rasta Rex brought this with him on his way to Moab. Although it was a Rainier Light its always good to drink a beer with an old friend in your driveway. IslandHaole (1294) - Misawa, JAPAN - AUG 15, 2002
Certainly looks like a light. Yea, tastes very light too. Nothing impressive but what would you expect for a generic light beer?
