Rainier beer brings together natures bounty from the great Northwest. Pure spring waters combine with golden barley and verdant hops to produce a beer rich in taste and texture. Fermented slowly with a pedigree yeast culture under tightly controlled conditions, Rainier comes forth with a satisfying malty flavor over a slightly fruity background, spiced with Chinook, Mt. Hood, and Willamette hop notes.

Serving: from can--purchased at QFC. Aroma: grassy hops. Appearance: small, frothy, white, initial head with no lacing and mostly diminishing longevity. Clear, light-yellow body. Taste: lightly sweet initial flavor and lightly bitter finish with short duration. Palate: light body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Overall: a living Seattle legend (but now brewed in California). Still tastes okay on a hot day.

Draft pours clear golden yellow with minimal head. The aroma is generic grain, sweet malt, adjunk. Flavor is boring malt, little hop notes. Light feel. Bleh.

Can at Trineeshs wedding barbeque. Any association from the name is an embarrassment to the Pacific Northwest: this is a yellow, adjuncty lager with a stewed corn aroma and little or no hop character which I struggled to finish. Dreadful.

Ice cold can at Brians wedding in Alaska. Pours a yellow color with minimal white head. Watery, straw aromas. Straw, corn, water, husk flavors. Definitely on the lower end of macro beers

Below average taste. I am not a fan of the after taste. I wouldnt buy this beer again I would happily drink it if someone gave one to me.

Boring pale lager similar to Pabst or Bud. Its got a slightly salty flavor and a barely there taste. I like to drink it because its cheap

Got a 24 pack of this since I've been wanting to try it for some time now. This is slightly carbonated water. No taste no nothing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

romAa of frozen corn and straw. Pale yellow but has a nice head. Funky spiced corn taste, fizzy body like a soft drink. Not complaining but this isnt differentiated from others like it.

Its the chicken nugget of swill beers: You dont really know whats in it, and its nobodys idea of *good*... but theres nothing to *dislike* about it either. Very sessionable, very approachable, and tasty. If I cant go with craft beer, Rainier beer is my first choice for a good can of swill.

This beer is a tale gate party in a can. This is what a party taste like. This is the cheap beer, beer snobs can love. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
