Tap at the brewery. Golden, clear, fluffy white head. Clean malt hop aroma. Nice malty brew with a gentle, but noticable noble hop flavor. Crisp, clean, and well done. Lou18 (1353) - West Paterson, New Jersey, USA - APR 28, 2005
Gold body, sweet fruit aroma. This is a fine blonde ale that is pleasant to drink and smooth on the palate. Probiere (992) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 16, 2005
I have to say this surprised me. Poured unfiltered with a big snappy head like a Dort. Distinctive aroma of apricots, cinnamon, vanilla, and mango. Amarillo dry hops in a pale lager? I bet that’s what it is. Taste carries through, a hoppy, fruity, tang that pretty much overpowers the malt, although what malt there is is simple, clean, and sweet. This could have used a little more balance but it’s a *gasp* pale lager that I’d buy again. Suttree (6466) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - MAR 6, 2005
Orange/gold, with thin white head. Very fruity aroma, with notes of citrus and cherries. Juicy palate, and a big sweet fruit flavor. as it warms faint notes of toffee emerge. Slightly viscous finish. Tasty! Thanks Lou18 for the trade! rudolf (2360) - Buffalo, New York, USA - SEP 18, 2005
Grassy, light maltiness, maybe a little butter in the nose. Awesome head, cloudy golden body. Maltier than expected w. grassy/spicy hops, hints of brown sugar & lemon.

We start with total confusion here. The name says "Lager" , listed as an Ale.
Hmmm. tastes like an Ale.
Honey gold color with a diminutive head, that fades quickly.
Fruity flavor malt taste and aroma. Smooth unassuming beer. richlikebeer (838) - Easton, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 27, 2005
The happiness from lmgraz1 goes on...golden color, no head, not even as I poured it. Sweet scent, alot of caramel and maybe some vanilla. Taste is very much the same, with caramel being the major component of the first part of the taste, the tail is a little malty. I think a little more malt taste would help this out, maybe give it a little more body, which is currently on the thin side for a lager...maybe they just need to work on the name. spkldhenlvr24 (517) - Newburgh/Buffalo, New York, USA - MAY 16, 2005
Good Blond ale. Pours a golden body with an orange tint. Huge frothy white head?? Soapy, vanilla aroma which was hard to detect. Nutty, smooth character. Sweet honey flavor. Malty finish. biz82 (1327) - austin, Texas, USA - JUL 3, 2005
Clear dark golden with a thin off white head. Sweet, very grainy aroma with some hints of cocoa. Also grainy in flavor. Some alcohol apparent. Clean. YogiBeera (2569) - New Jersey, USA - NOV 28, 2004
Golden color, creamy head, soft carbonation. Grass hay and clay nose. Very light grassy taste, weak and kind of an unpleasant copper taste in there.
