This Ale poured a clear light yellow colour with a head that disappeared very quickly. Scents include toast, dough and a very light vinegar/pickle scent. First swig was pretty creamy with flavours of light caramel, cereal and dough. Finish is thick with a little hop flavour lingering. Not very complex but very drinkable.
Not bad, but not good wither. Tasted similar to Beau’s Lugtread Lager, but more flat and more bland. Glad I tried, will not buy again. mabel (10003) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 11, 2014

Bottle to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs; thanks Ferris). Looks solid; a transparent gold with white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells mildly floral with a touch of sweetness from the malt. Tastes like it smells with a clean, lively mouthfeel. A decent easy drinker. On tap at The Rhino Autumnfest. Orange coloured. A total drainpour, which is weak for this style in particular.
