Cask. Aroma hay, melon cooked vegetables, verging on rotten eggs, (and I mean that in a nice way). Pours definitely golden with a white top yielding good lacing. Taste is light sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour, and sunshine would probably help. Otherwise it falls into the pit if acceptability that is drowning in standard blonde beer currently.

Lemon melon citrus and grassy. Refreshing with fair strength but nothing special

3.2
Towey1989 (3341) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 11, 2017
Cask at The Green Dragon, Leek. A clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of lemon, melon, slight grass, a little tea, a hint of pale malts and subtle spicy hops. Taste of lemon, melon, some grapefruit, slight pale malts and subtle grassy hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A dryish, grassy hop bitterness in the finish. A hoppy golden ale, decent strength, nice malt balance but just standard.

The_Osprey (9373) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 9, 2017
Cask handpull at Hamilton Hall. As Ramsbury Chalk Stream. Short review in company. Pale golden, still and pretty clear with a small bubbly off white head. Aroma is biscuity, green tea, Jasmine. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is sugary, light straw, astringent floral notes. Plain and simple.

3.2

imdownthepub (15425) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - MAY 2, 2016
Cask conditioned at The Rose & Crown, Charlbury, Oxon. Gold with white head. There is a sharpish, quite a mineral character to this from the off. Hints of saltines then a drying bitterness. It’s fine.

Cask conditioned handpump Cordwainer Northampton 03/06/ A blonde beer with a whitish head and lace. A tasty citrussy beer. Good limey fruits. A bit of biscuity malts. A bit of gingerbread note. A complex tasty beer which drinks its 5%. Grapefruit in nose is good too. Good.
