Keg at GBBF 2015. It pours clear pale gold with a small, fizzy white head. The nose is toasty, grainy, wet paper, rice cake and stone fruits. The taste is crisp, bit, creamy, minerals, grainy, cheap white bread, earthy, light sulphur, toasty cereal with a short, dry finish. Light - medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Tap, unfiltered and using Hellertau Perle hops. Hazy pale orange appearance. Fresh aroma. A well rounded and lasting bitterness. Good thirst quencher. caesar (7398) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - MAR 6, 2014
Bottled, dated 06-09-2013 batch 20130809, large sample. Initially clear later slight hazy yellow to golden color, big rocky white head. Aroma has some grainy malt, slight spicy and flowery hop, hint of citrus, hint of cardboard. Slight sweet taste, medium bitterness. Bit grainy malty feel to it, which I like. Ok beer.
