COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mamba Porter is een donkere Amerikaanse Porter. Chocolade mout, koffie-mout, Galena hop en Irish Ale gist verzorgeneen volle mout smaak die gecombineerd is met een verrassend frisse toets. Ondanks of dankzij zijn gespleten karakter is dit bier volledig in balans.

Om de hopsensatie specifieker te maken is slechts een hopsoort gebruikt: Galena uit de VS. De Hop is 120 minuten continu toegevoegd. De dry hop vier weken later, vlak voor het bottelen.

Keg unusual at gbbf 2015 day 4. Aroma is weird salty blue cheese, Roquefort, musty, black malts. Mahogany brown colours pour with a steadfast light tan head. Flavour is composed of milky roast, oat, dried fruit, dried fruit. Light musty finish. Palate is medium full and velvety. Moderate carbonation. Unusual but I like it.

Bottle 330ml Appearance: Clear dark redbrown color, medium brownish head. Aroma: roasted malt, chocolate, coffee and caramel with hints of cherry pits, andyeast. Taste:moderate sweet anda fruity bitterness upfront which finishes with more chocolate, caramel and roasted bitterness. Body is medium body, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
