COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Black. Foamy beige head and good lacing. Aroma of roasted barley, coffee and pine. Similar taste, with some malt sourness. Refreshing. Dry mouthfeel. Refreshing, with good drinkability.

UPDATED: FEB 19, 2017 Bottle. Single hop USA Galena. Color: Very dark brown, almost black. Frothy beige head. Taste: Very hoppy, dark espresso, chocolate, fruity orange hints. Soft carbonation, medium body. Good beer, but taste is just a bit too flat in my opinion.

Dark brown in color with a light cream colored head. Nice roasty porter, flavors of coffee and cocoa, nice solid porter. Good effort.

Pours a dark brown beer with a good white head. Smells like coffee and chocolate. Great taste. Coffee and a good bitter finish. Hood carbo lovely texture.

Great nose, palate slightly on the thin side. Long aftertaste with a bitterness that sets in at the end. Ramses sure knows how to make beers. Had this at the Noordelijk Bierfestival 2010 in Groningen

Bottle 0,33ltr: Black coloured brew with an good roasty malts taste, and there is also some coffee/dark chocolate taste. On label they mentioned an ingredient called Irish Moss, and what is that exactly?

Black body with tanned, small but rocky head. Quite yeasty, Fresh cheese, coffee beans and a good amount of herbal hops. Pleasantly smooth, light alcoholic back. Full of flavour which, although straighforward, has a fine lingering yet fresh bitterness to it. Salty even. Mouthfeel is really good on this porter. Taste-wise it might beed to spicy fruityness. Nice brew, keep em coming! (33cl bottle, 3,25 EUR)

Bottle 33cl. Ink black with a huge creme coloured top. Little aroma, some malts and coffee. The taste is plain bitter and develops into a sharp, intense bitterness. Not like the typical IPA, but it reminds you of it. Quite lively for a porter.
