Cloudy brown body and nice big firm light tan head. Rich malty aroma, nutty, raisins, dough and rich yeast. Suits me well. Creamy mouth feel, well developed and rich in flavour. Moderate carbonation to exemplify this. Medium bitter with a smaller sweet kick. Drinks fairly easily. Nice label on the bottle. (That happens to state 120 minute hopping, not 60 as the RateBeer commercial description states.) Clearly het the dry hopping, adding character to an otherwise already very solid brown ale/dubbel style beer. Like this. On tap at In de Wildeman. Dark reddish brown with a solid, creamy, beige head. Chocolate caramel aroma, but more bitter in the mouth, even a bit herbal and grassy. Hints of apple acidity. Quite special.
