12 ounce bottle. Thanks Andrew! Pours a clear pale gold with a nice white head. Aroma of citrus, bread, and grain. Taste is lemons, wheat, bread, and spice. Well made Hefeweizen. tbopslt (354) - New York, USA - FEB 23, 2013
(From Notes) Adequate weissbier. Vey haze amber in color. Minimal head. Very little lacing. Floral nose. Neutral taste. A very good weissbeer, particularly for a new jersey beer. No aftertaste. Excellent drinkability. Good session beer. Would recommend. ben4321 (6547) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - JAN 14, 2013

Aroma: The nose has the standard mix of wheat, banana, and clove
Appearance: It pours a hazy golden color with a small white head and some light lace
Flavor: The taste is fairly sweet, and pretty much the same as the nose component-wise
Palate: The body is fairly light, it has a fairly lively carbonation, and a decent drinkability
I thought this beer was right on-style, and fairly well-made, but not too much more then that. Solid stuff.
Bottle. Murky orange yellow color, medium white head. Aroma of orange peel and banana. Taste is orange juice, white bread. keanex (1799) - Atco, New Jersey, USA - NOV 16, 2012

Appearance: The body is typical of a hefeweizen, very cloudy, actually opaque, though a bit darker than most I’ve had with this one being an amber hue. There’s a thin white head but it has poor retention.
Aroma: The aroma is very good here a bit on the sweet side, only hints of tart, a nice balance between banana and cloves with hints of bubblegum and very light tart apple.
Taste: Wow what a great hefeweizen that’s very refreshing. The intro and mid-taste are citrus with light yeast notes with light banana and bubblegum with a mild tart and light cloves on the finish.
Palate: Light to medium body with crisp carbonation.
Overall: This is a great hefeweizen, very crisp and very well balanced, I just wish there was a little more yeast in the flavor. I would love to drink this again.
12 oz bottle. Bright golden, minimal head (esp. for a wheat). Nose light banana-milk. Simple, smooth on the tongue, banana sweet, light yeast, no bitterness. Good body overall, light but not too thin eelbasher (285) - New Jersey, USA - OCT 21, 2012
Bottle. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Just a ring resides. Aromas of lemon, fresh apple, grass, and light bread. The flavor is spritzy and refreshing as all hell. Tons of citrus rind, think lemon. A nice wheat twang, bananna on the finish, and light grassy hops are all here. Really nice brew and really refreshing sic1314 (4775) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - SEP 25, 2012
Poured hazy and yellowish with a nice tight head. Standard weissbier aroma of clove and citrus fruit. Filling mouthfeel and flavour of citrus and a dry aftertaste. BVery (10609) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - APR 8, 2012
UPDATED: DEC 28, 2013 Bottle. Slightly hazy yellow pour with a very small white head. Nose is banana, clove, and apple. Thinner palate. Taste is very muted - watery hefe elements, but they are pretty well stuck in the background. callmemickey (4549) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 21, 2012
UPDATED: MAR 2, 2013 A: Typical hazy straw color with a thin white head... fades and leaves some lacing...
S: Wheat, yeast and spice... in roughly equally non-describable amounts...
T: The wheat base is prominent... clove, banana and lemon-citrus lends some accent...
M: Crisp. Dry. With a moderate to light body...
O: Much better on a summer day... this wasn’t all that bad, other choices in the category just out class it...
