Recreation of an authentic German Oktoberfest beer from the early 1900s. This amber lager has a rich malty aroma, a smooth toasty palate, and subtle noble hop finish. The richness and spiciness of this beer make it the perfect accompaniment to robust meats and grilled fare. Oktoberfest is a great beer for any festive occasion.

sampled on tap at the brewery. Aroma is malty, with some light hops. Taste is malty and lightly sweet with some hop presence just for balance. not bad.

Beerdedone (3432) - Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 3, 2006
Sampled at the beer fest in Adamstown Pa. The two beers i sampled from here did not impress me at all, actually they were the worst two of the whole trip. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of hops and fruit. The flavor is bitter, yeasty, and toasted malts. I just didn’t like this one.

Dorwart (2603) - Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA - NOV 24, 2004
Thin head which lasts for a while. Decent lacing and good carbonation. Thin malty aroma with a hint of fruit and a bit of hops. Dark, golden amber in color. Thick, malty biscuit flavor that is softin the mouth. Finish is smooth, dry and a little bitter. A good vienna.

Hawksfan17 (890) - Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - AUG 5, 2004
A dark yellow beer, nice taste with a good little bite to it. Went down real smooth and felt good in my mouth. Was slightly bitter as I was midway through my tasting. Overall I like and could drink again.

Probiere (992) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 2, 2004
Smells clean, apples, caramel, mild hops, nuts. Nice small creamy head, toasty smelling. Good sweet slightly cloudy proteins, yummy biscuits, more caramel and pecans. Dry finish, not at bitter, very balanced. Fun!

Oakes (18200) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 24, 2004
Hazy light copper colour. Clean, slightly bready malt notes in the aroma. The flavour is more cookie-ish, with hints of caramel and some nuttiness as well.

wunderbier (1434) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUN 22, 2004
Caramel, walnut malt (M); dry, earthy hops (L); a little toffee in the aroma. Light orange body. Moderately sweet flavor becomes a lightly sweet, lightly bitter finish. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. The bottom line is: a little nutty for my personal tastes, but well made.

obxdude10 (2358) - Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 14, 2004
A little below average, thin body, flavors were a bit bland, amber in body with a modest head, a bit unbalanced, not a very good one

CapFlu (5129) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 25, 2003
(Draught) Thin, almond head and amber body. Sour nose with slight hops. Flavour seems uneventful sweet malt. Average.
