COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Nice label, nice description on the back, but an ordinary Imp. stout without much fun.

Long lasting earthy and bittery mouthfeel and finish. Bit sticky. Medium to full body, below medium carbonation. Nice one!

erling1000 (778) - - MAR 12, 2017
A danish, all black, double mashed single batch Imperial Brown Ale with very low, brown head. Aroma is complex malty, coffee, chocolate, prune, roasted malt. Taste is bitter sweet. Soft.

Echon (535) - Århus, DENMARK - MAR 8, 2017
Black. Roasted barley in the aroma. Moderately sweet taste that gives way to powerful and pungent flavours of ash, tar and some fruit. Finishes dry, boozy and very malty bitter. Full body, and an oily texture. Overall, a poor imperial stout. Way too pungent and bitter. Tastes like it was brewed on black malt and burned tires. Quite extreme, but far from drinkable.
