COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Forsberg_dk (258) - DENMARK - AUG 19, 2010
50 cl bottle, pours dark amber with a decent head, aroma of pine and malt caramel, starts out very bitter then the malt sweetness set in, flavors are caramel and pine, fairly long bitter finish, bit sticky mouthfeel, interesting brew but not as smooth nor balanced as I had hoped.

Papsoe (25062) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 20, 2010
On tap. Pours a slightly hazy amber golden with a creamy off-white head. Fat aroma hops in the nose - and a whiff of dirty socks. Quite full-bodied, solid malt base, some caramel and fat and juicy hops leaving a massive bitterness. 060510

Bottle. Pours deep copper colored with a nice frothy off white head that leaves nice lacings on the glass. Aromas of caramel, orange fruit, lemons and spruce. Flavors of biscuit, resin, fruity, caramel and bitter zest. Tasty beer.
