COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Frisk, strågul og klar pale ale med kridhvidt skum. God mundfylde og en smule mere humlet og bitter end traditionel dansk pilsner. Fremragende eftersmag. Let drikkelig.

UPDATED: JAN 2, 2011 Bottle. A dense, off-white head, an inch thick, sits on top of a semi-clear golden-orange body. The aroma has a sweetish malty base, with citrusy, slightly resiny hops and a faint puke-like whiff. Sweet, pale malts and resiny, citrusy hops giving a pleasant bitterness in the flavor. Medium body. It dries up towards the end, with a good bitterness. Nothing special to see here. Rating: 5-4-5-3-11-2.8. 100213

Bottle. An almost clear, golden beer with a small white to off-white head. Orange peel and some pale malts in the a bit too weak aroma. The flavor is pretty much the same, nice but weak, and with an appropriate bitterness. Medium body, semi-dry. Overall, a refreshing beer that needs a bit more punch. 100827

Bottle. Hazy yellow with a medium white head. The aroma is fruity hops, caramel and some hay. The flavour is hay, some hops, caramel and some fruit. Bit overcarbonated.

Very pale, rose petals and perfume in the nose.Flowers, dust and sweetness, the label prmises bitterness, but I could not detect much of that.Too much like a boiled sweet or like a ferfumed soap in a cheap hotel.

UPDATED: JUN 9, 2010 As Fredagsøl (5.6%ABV) from Vinens Verden Odense. Slightly hazy golden with a decent white head. Weak aroma of malt and hay with a touch of fruit. Medium sweet malty flavour with some grassy and herbal hops and a rather bitter finish. Again a touch of fruit, but not getting in the way of the nice and clean pilsner-like flavour

Bottled. Pale yellow coloured. Unclear. Dense white head. Aroma of grass, flowers and light sweetness and spice. Flavour of grass and herbs. Light grape notes. Meidum bodied. Ends on a grapy dense bitterness.

50 cl. bottle. A bitter beer without much flavor. Not recommendable.......

Doesn’t smell of anything, maybe a little metallic, but that’s all. Anyway, when poured up it looked nice, a good dense head but still with a clear, ordinary pilsener-like coulour. It is first in it’s taste that it becomes special and worth trying. A fresh and summerish taste completes the failing beer. To sum up it simply feels to plain and boring.
