The foam is rough and relatively persistent. The aroma is hoppy with a little fruity and malty flavor. The taste is light and partially fruity with notes of apricot and peach. Hop bitterness is careful not as aggressive as most pale ales. It has moderate to dry bitterness and tastes fine in the summer heat.
