Bottle. Nice head with medium duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, licorice and notes of chocolate. This more like a light porter. Surprised they call this a schwarz. chrisv10 (17308) - DENMARK - AUG 14, 2010
50 cl bottle. Very dark brown with small mostly diminishing light brown head. Flavour is roasted malt, caramel and hops. yngwie (17038) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 18, 2009
Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. #008a. A dark, dark brown beer with a small beige to tan head. Quite weak aroma with roasted malts and a little chocolate. Sweetish, yet quite dry, medium to full body, with flavors of coffee and roasted malts. Roasted finish too. It’s a quite nice beer, but a bit boring, and lacking complexity. Wouldn’t shy away from drinking it again though. (090411) Dedollewaitor (16056) - Odense, DENMARK - MAR 3, 2009
