Danish: Klassisk tysk Schwarzbier. Sort som kul.
I denne udgave med noget mere malt aroma og bitterhed fra de ristede malte end normalt.

Som humle har vi udelukkende brugt tysk Hallertauer Hersbrucker.
Fremragende til klassisk dansk mad.

yngwie (17049) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 18, 2009
Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. #008a. A dark, dark brown beer with a small beige to tan head. Quite weak aroma with roasted malts and a little chocolate. Sweetish, yet quite dry, medium to full body, with flavors of coffee and roasted malts. Roasted finish too. It’s a quite nice beer, but a bit boring, and lacking complexity. Wouldn’t shy away from drinking it again though. (090411)

0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Pitch black color. The aromas of chocolate, licorice, nuts yeast and dark fruits. Licorice, chocolate, charcoal in the flavor with some yeasty bitterness in finish. Highly carbonated, too fizzy. Aroma is better, the flavor is too yeasty.
