Straw yellow pour with a white head. Nose is earthy, grassy, slightly spicy. Flavors of earth, citrus, banana, and Belgian yeast.
On tap at Big Hops. Cloudy gold in color. Basic "Belgian" aroma from the yeast. Fruity dry flavor of spice, toasted malt and a hint of bitter citrus. Overall, not too bad... drinkable. BeerGuy84 (17) - - NOV 27, 2013
Beer Advocate has this listed as a Belgian Strong Pale but it certainly doesn’t seem to be so. Aroma is Belgian yeast and sweetness with some breadiness. Clear light golden color with a small head. Light flavor that opens up as it warms. Nice sessionable type beer. jkwalking05 (4745) - Arlington, Texas, USA - JUL 23, 2013

(draft @ The Esquire - San Antonio, TX) Hazy gold pour with a puffy white head. Mild yeasty and Belgian spice aroma. Flavor is kind of mild. Was expecting a standard Blonde Ale. Not bad but kind of middle of the road. Very light on the spice and hops with a mild bitterness at the end.
