Hazy yellow with a white head. The nose is yeasty while the taste is clasic Kölsch with extra hops. I personally prefer Saint Arnold's Santo. It's overall smoother.

On tap at Flying Saucer. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has notes of grassy hops and a strong hay note with a hint of sweetness. Flavor begins with grassy notes, but is mainly full of grain an wheat. The finish does bring a slight bitterness.
