On tap at the Flying Saucer in Fort Worth.
The beer pours a clear golden color with a white head. The aroma is about what I expected, with some wheat and grain notes and a little bit of grass from the hops. The flavor follows suit. There are some pepper and grape-like notes that accompany the grain, wheat and grass notes. Nothing too exciting, but it is easy to drink and refreshing. Medium mouthfeel and low carbonation. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - OCT 11, 2011
(Draught) Pours a clear pale straw body with a medium white head and descent lacing. Aroma of soap, grain, and grass. Flavor of grass, grain, and noticeable diacetyl with a dry, bitter finish. thirdeye11 (6160) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 9, 2011
(Draught) clear gold with lasting creamy head. Nose is floral, cream, crisp, light spices. Taste of light spices, crisp grain, white pepper and butter. Oily body, well carbonated and a little dry on the palate finish. kidmartinek (5001) - austin, Texas, USA - OCT 7, 2011
