On tap at Flying Saucer. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has notes of grassy hops and a strong hay note with a hint of sweetness. On tap at the Flying Saucer in Fort Worth.
The beer pours a clear golden color with a white head. The aroma is about what I expected, with some wheat and grain notes and a little bit of grass from the hops. The flavor follows suit. There are some pepper and grape-like notes that accompany the grain, wheat and grass notes. Nothing too exciting, but it is easy to drink and refreshing. Medium mouthfeel and low carbonation. mar (5409) - Dallas, Texas, USA - FEB 26, 2012
