12 oz bottle. Bottled 7/11/16. Pours a tremendous, slowly collapsing beige head, over a clear brown (SRM 25) body.....nose is strawberry, roasted malts, plastic, organic chemicals.....taste is heavy organic chemicals, mild strawberry, roasted malts.....mouth feel, light body, no alcohol. Unfortunately, this individual bottle is obviously infected, how was it mishandled? Tasting was 6 months post bottling but the base beers fruits and roasted malts seemed to be better than the infected scores given. BJCP 1/1/9/2/2

Poured up nothing but head. Where is the brew?!?!? Had to try and drink this directly from the bottle. Aroma is mostly chocolate and dark malts and the taste is pretty much the same. Hard to really taste at first because even when drank straight from bottle I get a huge mouthful of foam. Difficult to drink to say the least. Once the foam in the glass started to die out noticed that this brew is black in color. After about 20 minutes had enough brew in glass to try. Now it is kinda flat feeling and still not tasting the strawberry. Went to another brand of stout and came back to this one. No matter how slow I pour it is mostly just head. Third try, OK maybe there is some strawberry notes in there but they are hard to find. For the price, not worth it! OH YEAH, my bottle says this one is 5.3% ABV.

What a huge disappointment. Beer looks and smells great but tastes terrible and has a horrible lingering after taste. Ended up tossing the beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Black tone pour, huge dark tan head. Rich toffee and alcohol nose with hints of floral strawberries. Very bright burst of carbonation with the fresh strawberry cutting through the stout traditional flavors. A ton of carbonation and head...

Bottle thanks to Reza! Black beer with an brownish head. Roasted tar chocolate licorice aroma. Simlar flavour with some smoked notes and maybe some strawberry hints. Bur This was called a strawberry stout but somehow the strawberries had missed my bottle....?

Bottle thanks to Reza! Opaque black beer with a quite ok brownish head. Roasted chocolate and tar aroma, strawberries/raspberries, licorice, dark chocolate, soot, roasted dark chocolate flavor, strawberries, ash, burnt wood, smoke, some licorice. Rather heavy, a bit unbalanced.

Dark opaque brown with a medium light tan head. Aroma of chocolate and a hint of berry. Overall sweet flavor, slight bitter chocolate in the finish. Creamy, pretty good.

Originally rated on 12/1/14. Aromas and flavors of dark roasted malts, bitter chocolate but the strawberries were a bit on the faint side and didnt really come through that well. Good mouthfeel rich and creamy with a decent amount of carbonation. Overall its a pretty nice milk stout, would have rated it a bit higher if the strawberries came out a bit more.
