Growler from Tim and Rachel up at Proof (Thanks!): a little unfair here - just drank a stone ruin ten right before this, so everything tastes like flowers at this point - rubbing alcohol, yeast, grain, spice, tropical fruit. earthy, strange sipper 7.0 jbruner (5124) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - JUL 10, 2013
Growler shared thanks to Tim and Rachel! Pours a hazy golden yellow with thin filmy white head that laces lightly. Aroma is heavy on the Belgian yeast and slight hoppy bitterness behind it. Taste is super floral and bitter, nice Belgian esters. Strong, lasting bitterness with a hint of spice on the back of the tongue. Solid.

Draft at the brewery. Light amber pour with a fluffy white head. Citrus and tropical fruit hops, sweet maltiness and fruity yeasts. Sweet upon entry with bittering hops mid palate ending on a fruity yeast note. A little sweet but definitely has a balance for a Belgian IPA. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - DEC 5, 2012
From the growler at Cajun Cafe Fall Fest 2012. Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a white head. Nose is some caramel, some citrus, some Belgian yeast, and some banana. Flavor follows with polite Belgian yeast, some caramel, and some piney hops. Medium in body and nice overall. BVery (11241) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - DEC 1, 2012
