Check this brewery out when in Tampa. Great shit! Nice clear gold, white head. Crisp and clean as hell. Some light wheat, crisp malts...just a well done beer in this style.

Chipalsa (1310) - Florida, USA - JUN 4, 2013
If more lagers were like this, maybe the style would be more popular. The aroma was full of wheat, hops and lemon. Flavors were malty and semi-sweet with hints of lemongrass, bready notes and soft hops. Pretty good stuff here.

Really nice bitterness alongside a crisp grain character. Faintly floral. Nice and light. Very good.

HighWine (991) - Whalezbro, Illinois, USA - APR 17, 2013
Tap flight at the brewery. Yellow pour, no head. Wet hair fragrance. Taste is malty and more full flavored than most pils.. Good bitter hop bite. Could pass as a hoppy blonde ale. Full mouthfeel. Okay but doesn’t match the style.

Rustyham (1836) - St. Petersburg, Florida, USA - FEB 10, 2013
Great beer, sharp eastern European hoppiness. Wheat dryness, very smooth and clean. Sharp and rustic.

BVery (11395) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - DEC 1, 2012
UPDATED: DEC 30, 2013 Tap at the brewery. Clear light yellow pour. Small white head. Best pils I’ve had I’m pretty sure, this is the style done extremely well.
