Bottle… Cajun Café on the Bayou Sour Festival 2012… Hazy amber ale with orange highlights and a small, fizzy, white head. The bouquet features old-cheese funk melded nicely with sour cherry fruitiness. Medium-bodied with jazzy carbonation. The flavor is acidic, fruity and lightly acetic, but also provides a gentle undercurrent of caramel sweetness. The finish is tangy, minerally and dry. burg326 (5488) - Florida, USA - JUN 29, 2012
Poured an amber color at Sour Fest, aromas of wood, and light tart cherries. Flavors of wood, tart cherries, and a smidge of vanilla, not overly tart, decent beer overall. jcwattsrugger (12427) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JUN 22, 2012

6/16/12. Bottle at the Cajun Sourfest. Amber pour with a small head. Light aroma of wood, tartness, cherries and mint. Light thin flavor with bits of wood and vinegar. Not bad.
