2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
pours an amber fold with very little head. Aroma of malt, english style hops and yeast. Taste is sweet caramel with an english twist. More like a sweet brown than an esb. Not a big fan of this one

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
On draft at Cajun Cafe Spring Beer Fest. Pours a mostly clear caramel brown with a white head. Nose is caramel, some toasted seeds, and some pepper. Flavor is similar- nice ESB malty quality with some toasted seeds- a bit like sesame seeds, with a bit of toast to it. Light to medium in body and an intriguing beer.
