Tap. Pours clear amber, large creamy beige head, dissipates slowly leaving nice residual and great lacing. Aroma is a bit spicy, biscuit, herbal, grassy, honey. Flavor is light plus sweet, light plus bitter, a bit spicy and herbal. Medium body. jcartamdg (3470) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 11, 2013
pours an amber fold with very little head. Aroma of malt, english style hops and yeast. Taste is sweet caramel with an english twist. More like a sweet brown than an esb. Not a big fan of this one markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - MAY 1, 2012
On draft at Cajun Cafe Spring Beer Fest. Pours a mostly clear caramel brown with a white head. Nose is caramel, some toasted seeds, and some pepper. Flavor is similar- nice ESB malty quality with some toasted seeds- a bit like sesame seeds, with a bit of toast to it. Light to medium in body and an intriguing beer.
