7/10/13. On tap at the brewery, nitro. Dark brown pour, almost black, with a big, fluffy tan head. Dark chocolate in the aroma and flavor with plenty of roastiness backing it up. Fairly well balanced, not too sweet or too bitter. Scopey (14768) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 6, 2013
Tap at Rapp. It pours near black with a small beige head. The nose is sweet... chocolate powder, dairy milk, mellow roast and caramel. The taste is soft roast, milk chocolate, toast, earth, cocoa powder and light bitterness with a dry finish. Medium+ body and average carbonation. Not a whole lot of depth, but it is pretty tasty.

Draft at the brewery. Black pour with a creamy tan head. Aroma is spot on chocolate milk, Herseys syrup, touches of roast and smooth creaminess. Not much more to say in the flavor other than it tastes like adult chocolate milk. Damn fine. OmegaX (1374) - Florida, USA - JUN 23, 2013
On tap at Rapp. Nose is lacto, chocolate, light ash, and roast. Pour is black with an off-white head. Flavor is semi-sweet chocolate, lacto, and light roasted notes. Pretty darn nice. It reminded me of the chocolate peanut butter stout. Chipalsa (1310) - Florida, USA - JUN 23, 2013
On nitro at Rapp. The aroma is full on chocolate and so is the flavor. Lactose really gave the smooth texture desired in a milk stout. It was so creamy and smooth it was almost like chocolate milk. Thorpe429 (5035) - , Illinois, USA - APR 22, 2013
Again, really smooth and creamy. Lactose addition adds additional creaminess. Heavy chocolate. Moderately sweet, but not overpowering. HighWine (959) - Whalezbro, Illinois, USA - APR 17, 2013
Tap flight at the brewery. Near black pour with purple hue. Light brown foam head. Aroma is very chocolaty from a distance and up close also reveals marshmallow and toasted marshmallow. Taste is semi sweet chocolate syrup, vanilla bean, and dark chocolate cream with a subtle burst of hops at the end to balance out the sweetness and round out the bitterness. Velvety mouthfeel. No detectable ABV. Delicious.
