Tap. Pours clear chestnut, very small beige head, dissipates pretty quickly, some lacing. Aroma is nutty, roasty, some rye bread. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter, roasty, nutty, a bit of rye bread, touch of smoke, banana. Medium body.

Draft... Pours clear and copper with no lasting head. I can’t pull much of an aroma from the glass, other than a rumor of banana. Full-bodied and creamy with soft carbonation. Much like the nose, the flavor is mostly bland - whispers of banana, clove and rye graininess. Banana burps hit me five minutes after my glass is drained.

HighWine (959) - Whalezbro, Illinois, USA - APR 17, 2013
Tap flight at the brewery. Cloudy nutmeg color pour with no head. Looks like brewed iced tea with chill haze. Slightly yeasty aroma. Taste is amber roasted malt, bubblegum yeast, and Euro bitter hops. Well blended with a full body.
