Cask at The Holy Inadequate, Etruria. A clear straw colour with a medium white head. Aroma of lemon, melon, slight grapefruit, a little straw and subtle grassy hops. Taste of lemon, melon, grapefruit, slight resin, a little straw, a hint of biscuity malts and subtle grassy hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A dry, citrusy hop bitterness in the finish. For a 4% blonde beer this is packed full of flavour, great bitterness and very sessionable. Very nice.
