I hvert fald ikke hvis man tager på Ricemarket eller Kiin Kiin. For der kan man nemlig bestille en Dim Sum fra Mikkeller til sin mad. Kiin Kiin er en af to thai-rasturanter i verden, der har en stjerne i den franske Michelinguide. Det er Kiin Kiins chef Henrik Yde Andersen og Mikkel Borg Bjergsø der i fællesskab har snakket sig frem til, hvordan Dim Sum skulle smage, før Mikkeller bryggede den. Dim Sum er en lager der er delikat krydret med citrongræs og koriander. English: Pilsner-style beer brewed with coriander and lemongrass.
