Danish: Den strengeste danske vinter i 23 år inspirerede mig til denne varmende, men letdrikkelige India Pale Ale. En varmende India Pale Ale til den kolde tid.
Med behersket alkoholprocent og afdæmpet bitterhed bevæger denne sig øl sig i grænselandet mellem almindelig Pale Ale og India Pale Ale. Kroppen er let, men med tydelig sødme fra belgisk og tysk karamelmalt der balanceres af frugtig friskhed fra newzealandsk og amerikansk humle.
Vinter IPA er tørhumlet af to omgange hvilket giver den helt unikke aroma til øllet.
Brygget af byg- og hvedemalt, humle, gær og vand.
2010-versionen er et blend af Beer Here Jule IPA and Beer Here Fat Cat.
