Formerly brewed at Hill Farmstead Brewery
Edith (1897-1992) was our grandfather’s sister, and Hill Farmstead Brewery rests upon the land that was once home to her and her 13 siblings. In her honor, this hop forward black wheat ale is crafted from American malted barley, Organic Vermont wheat, plenty of American hops, American Ale yeast, and water from our well. It is unfiltered, naturally carbonated, and dry hopped. Black, bitter, and aromatic - this is the ale that I dream to have shared with Edith.
Ingredients: Pale, Caramel Wheat Malt; Roasted Barley; Vermont Organic Wheat; Centennial and Chinook Hops, American Ale yeast, and our Well Water.
