Danish: Shaun Hill har været IPA-gæstebrygger her på øen i både 2008 og 2009, men i 2010 blev det desværre ikke til noget. Men Shaun’s ånd har fæstet bo i det lille bryggeri nede på Torvet og nu har den fået sin egen IPA. Den er brygget på basis af Pilsner, Wiener, Lys Karamel, Hvede og Rug malt og tilsat ikke mindre end 11,5 kg humle på et 1000 liters bryg. Af humle bør først og fremmest nævnes Simcoe, men også Cascade og Columbus har fundet det ulejligheden værd og aflagt visit. 85 IBU via kogning - alt derudover befinder sig i en gråzone. En grøn gråzone.
