Brewed by Funky Buddha Brewery
This beer started its life as a way to get rid of a lot left over malt and hops and what not. The result was a light, hoppy Amber Ale that was said to be, by more than one person “not bad”. Well that was enough for us. We set to work converting the recipe to a larger batch size and promptly screwed up the math. Now with all of our brewing knowledge we could have corrected our mistake in order to get our desired result, but our pizza had just arrived and it is really, really hot in the brewery so we said screw it. What we got in the end is this nearly 8%, slightly sweet concoction that was then dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops because really why the hell not.
