Danish: Kan man blande øl? Tja, her i Danmark er det vel nok mest kendte eksempel en half and half – en blanding af 50 % porter og 50 % pilsner. En letdrikkelig introduktion til porterens forunderlighed. Over hele verden er der talrige eksempler på 2 øl der er blandet sammen, og der er set både øl/snaps og øl/whiskey. Så vidt vides ikke i samme mængdeforhold.
Hoppy Christmas kom i begrænset mængde sidste år og var da en blanding af vores Juleøl og Pale Ale. I år gør vi det igen og denne gang er det vores Juleøl og den nytilrettede Cascade IPA. Det bedste fra de 2 verdener i en både julet og humlet øl på 7 % alk.
