Brewed by Goose Island Beer Company (AB-InBev)
American Wild Ale. Amara,
meaning ‘sour’ in Latin, is a wild ale fermented with Brettanomyces bruxellensis
and Brettanomyces lambicus in wine barrels. The Brettanomyces notes of this beer
are balanced more towards the lambicus flavors with the intense horse blanket and
leathery characters that you expect out of a Lambic.
