Whitewater Brewery have worked with the Bob McCoubrey and chef Andy Rae of the Mourne Seafood group to produce a Traditional Irish Stout brimming with flavour called Mourne Oyster Stout. The recipe uses the finest brewing ingredients and includes roasted barley, rolled oats, chocolate & black malts. There is a gentle roast aroma and rich hop flavours. Whitewater aims to produce beers without artificial flavourings or preservatives & the Mourne Oyster Stout 4.2% ABV is the perfect stout to complement the fantastic range of seafood on offer within the group.
