Our unique mild/brown ale has a predominantly malty palate and combines with eight different malts to provide a strong malt base and a dark brown color. Caramelized and grilled Maui Sweet Onions are added during the mashing process and at the end of boil to extract natural sugars and savory and sweet onion flavor. **This beer commemorates the Maui Onion Festival which takes place in May at the Whaler’s Village in Ka’anapali.
