Brewed in true German tradition, our hefeweizen is made with a high percentage of malted wheat and fermented with a Bavarian weizen yeast. The yeast not only provides the distinct flavor of banana and clove, but also remains in suspension giving this unfiltered seasonal its cloudy appearance. Pairs well with some of our lighter fare such as the spinach salad.
5.3% ABV, 15 IBU’s
