Slottskällans Zero

Brewed by Slottskällans Bryggeri (Coppersmith)

6.5% India Pale Ale (IPA) | 73 Ratings | 87 IBU |

English: Many breweries making beer that has increasingly IBU and alcohol content, but we feel there are other ways to show creativity. Slottskällans Zero is an IPA without theoretical bitter, with an IBU of zero. By using large amounts of hops, but only after the end of the cook, we get the best flavor and aroma from the hops. Sure it will be a little bitter, too, for formulas that calculate bitterness in beer is not true if taken to extreme product.
