Danish: Belgian Dark Strong Ale med kirsebær og brett. Denne øl er ikke brygget af en munk i et gammelt kloster i Belgien. Den er brygget af en ugudelig københavner i et industrikvarter i Farum. Romantisk! Nu er det vel for [email protected] indholdet af flasken der tæller, så klosterromantikken har jeg sparet jer for. Ikke at jeg har noget imod klostre… De munke tryller nogle fantastiske øl frem. Jeg har valgt at brygge denne øl med hele to forskellige klostergær, foruden en saisongær, og et skud brettonomyces. Hovedparten af dette bryg hygger sig lige nu på et 30 år gammelt træfad, men jeg tænkte at I da lige skulle have lov til at få en lille smagsprøve på denne lækre øl. Da den stadig er ganske ung har jeg lagret den på kirsebær for at give den lidt mere dybde og balancere sødmen fra malten.
