Brewed in the style of the classic Flander’s Sour Red Ales, Rev. Red is our second sour offering brewed outside the restaurant to get the special taste of Minnesota wild yeast. This beer has a complex yeast team working to create something truly special. Very sour, very complex, and very limited.
We only have a few kegs of this beer, so after the initial run we’re going to sock the rest away, and you’ll see them pop up now and again… so keep your eyes peeled!
Malts Used: Munich, Crystal, CaraVienne, Special B, Wheat, Flaked Maize Hops Used: Mt. Rainier, Celeia Yeast: Leuven Pale Ale, French Saison, Brettanomyces bruxellensis, Brettanomyces bruxellensis Trios Blend, Brettanomyces lambicus, Peddiococcus, Lactobacillus, Minnesota Biota
