Formerly brewed at Double Mountain Brewery and Taproom
On the heels of our Indian summer we bring you a Bavarian Hefeweizen that marries German wheat malt and British Maris Otter barley. Maris Otter is a richer, plumper malt that throws a nice biscuit character and fullness to this lighter beer. We used a cloudy-pouring, non-settling, classic Bavarian wheat beer yeast strain to bring touches of watermelon, banana, clove and cinnamon. Please no lemons.
