Sour Pale is a dry, tart, and uniquely aromatic American Pale Ale. A
sour mash technique is used to milk a delicately sour flavor from
lactobacillus bacteria naturally occurring on barley grain husks. A
traditional Northwest pale ale hop profile provides a light bittnerness
with citrusy flavor and aroma to produce a truly intriguing nose: a
flowery sour. The malt profile is light on residual sugars, leaving a
clean, dry finish.
