Brewed by Tröegs Brewing Company
Continuing our Single Hop Pale Ale series using experimental hop varieties, we brewed Scratch #106 with a very worthy cause in mind. Ales for ALS™ is a nation-wide program to benefit the ALS Therapy Development Institute (TDI), the world’s leader in ALS research. ALS (better known to the public as Lou Gehrig’s disease) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease with no known cure. Loftus Ranches, one of the Yakima Valley’s longest running hop farms, has developed a proprietary hop blend, which we used exclusively in Scratch #106. So raise a glass knowing that you’re helping a worthwhile cause, because Tröegs will donate a portion of all proceeds from sales of this beer to the ALS TDI. Cheers!
