Top fermented smoked Stout. Rifermented in bottle. Color is deep black with a persistent fine texture foam cappuccino coloured. 5.5% alcohol vol. At the nose is evident the coffee and the smoked obtained with a special malt variety smoked on beach wood. In the mouth you will appreciate the smoothness and a persistent chocolate and coffee taste typical from the stout style. As for the hops: this beer has been brewed using continental types and this is functional to give the very balanced tone. Recommended to be drunk at a temperature NOT below 10°C in a tulip glass. An excellent excuse to revive with your best friend the UK atmosphere during the industrial revolution.
