Brewed at White Dog Brewery
Rocchetta di Guiglia (MO), Italy
4.9% · Pale Ale - English · 2 Ratings ·

It is an Ale, produced according to an English methodology , high fermentation. Beer recalls the gold color and presents a clear and persistent foam. The nose feels the aroma of citrus, tropical fruits and hot spices. The taste is long, light and refreshing that invokes a new drink. At empty glass, we recommend that you let pass a few minutes and then try to enjoy the scent of acacia honey that is released. The ideal serving temperature is between 6 ° and 8 °. It’s a drinkable beer that goes well with starters, pasta dishes like spaghetti with clams (little or no garlic), steamed fish and fresh cheeses.
