This is a very innovative beer crafted with the latest american hops types.
Technically it’s an ALE (High Fermentation). It’s a cloudy (due to the use also of wheat malt) dark orange beer under a long lasting and creamy pale beige foam. This is really fine and persistent due to a soft carbonation. We have choosen a very complex malt recipe to create the right frame for the hopping. This frame enhance the freshness and the aroma of peaches apricots and also rose grapefruits What will be really amazing and for sure will surprise you is the aroma that you will perceive already from distance: citrus, rose grapefruit, mango, just to mention some sensations. The drink is also dominated by the hopping. Strong bitterness (about 70 IBU) without being aggressive and with notes of bitter orange. Still in the mouth you’ll continue perceiving mango, pink grapefruit and peaches rounding the bitterness.. This is not a classic beer.. This is a piece of art that you’ll hardly forget! Until Lot 21 included.
