E’ una Birra Chiara Ale, doppio malto, prodotta seguendo una metodologia inglese, ad alta fermentazione. Di colore giallo paglierino presenta una schiuma chiara compatta, con fine perlage. Al naso si sente un aroma fruttato: sentori di ananas, passion fruit, kiwi e banana. A bicchiere vuoto, vi consigliamo di lasciar passare alcuni minuti e poi provare a godere del profumo di miele di acacia intenso che si sprigiona. La Double Blond rimane bilanciata con un gusto lungo e secco. La temperatura di servizio ideale è tra i 6° e gli 8°. È una birra strutturata da accompagnare ai salumi, ai primi piatti ad esempio tortelli burro e salvia, agli arrosti di carne o di pesce e alla pizza.
